I have proven I have the ability to lead projects, build efficient organizations, manage budgets, and can implement policies that get results. I want to take my experience and qualifications for the job to help Harlan County have the kind of leadership it deserves.

Married to Leslie Goss, a teacher at Harlan Elementary School. They have two children: Audrey, a freshman at the University of Kentucky, and Aaron, a sophomore at Harlan High School.
A graduate of Harlan High School, Colby has deep roots in this community. He has dedicated his career to public service and the betterment of Harlan County — and he's ready to take that commitment to the next level.
